Asia Argentowants everyone to know she’s doing her best to cope with Anthony Bourdain‘s death, seeking comfort from God andDavid Bowie.
The award-winning chef’s girlfriend took to Instagram just one week after Bourdain took his life, posting several inspiring messages. Tagging herself in Berlin, Germany, Argento photographed a card with the statement, “I’m a f*cking mess” crossed out with “I’m fine” underneath it.
She also shared a few words in Spanish asking the holy spirit to “guide” and “enlighten” her. The entire verse translates to: “You who are good and holy guide me towards the light of your paths, let me listen to your voice and help me know that you are with me. May your holy spirit enlighten me in every step, decision and action that I make; in every word that comes out of my mouth. I trust in the abundance of your Love and protection.”
