Love & Hip Hop's Tammy Rivera and her husband Waka Flocka are new homeowners. The couple moved OUT of their townhouse and bought a giant mansion in Sandy Springs,  Georgia.

The couple now have their very own private 2+ acre estate! The home is desceribed as an "outdoor entertainer's dream" complete w/ heated pool, spa, pool house, screened in porch & lounging decks.

The home's stately iron doors welcome you to a floating circular staircase w/ iron spindles. Easy living floor plan, master on main w/ sitting area & fire place, his & her master baths and closets w/ steam shower.

And there's more. The mansion has a beautiful kitchen w/ double islands, Wolf SS appliances, walk-in pantry and private grilling patio off kitchen. Glamorous light fixtures throughout house and all updated baths.

And no landscaping water bill. The home's private well irrigates lush landscaped lot.

Waka also recently got a permanent sign of his love for Tammy's daughter Charlie in the form of a tattoo. . .

Tammy captioned the photo, “When he love your child more than he Love’s you.. that’s when you know it’s real! 💞 stepfather would be an insult @wakaflocka.”

Charlie also shared a photo of her stepfather’s arm on Instagram. How cool would it be if your parent just came home one day and was like, “Surprise! Here’s a portrait of your face that I had permanently attached to my body!?

The family clearly love each other, because they also celebrated Waka's 32nd birthday about a week ago. And thanks to Tammy, he's driving into his new year with his favorite car—a 1986 Monte Carlo!
