A Black police officer from Cincinnati used a stun gun on an 80 pound 11 year old girl, YT News has confirmed. The officer - who is being called a "Coon" online - also berated the little girl about being Black.
The incident between Officer Kevin Brown and 11 year old Donesha Gowdy took place on August 6 at roughly 9:30 p.m. local time at a Kroger grocery store in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Officer Brown, who was working a part-time job as a security guard, pulled his stun gun on Donesha, whom he suspected of shoplifting, after he claims that she "failed to comply with his orders."
Officer Brown then fired the stun gun at the 11 year old.
A statement released by the police department days after the incident said that after being struck with the stun gun prongs, Donesha was placed in custody and later taken to a local hospital for treatment. Prongs were found on Gowdy's back and wrist.

The disturbed cop then began taunting the child, after harming her. He told the little girl, "That hurt my heart to do that to you. Then I got to listen to all these idiots out here in the parking lot telling me how I was wrong for tasing you. You broke the law and fled as I tried to apprehend you."
Then the officer started his "coon" behavior. He told the Black girl that SHE is the reason why stores were closing down in the Cincinnati area. "You know what, sweetheart, this is why there's no grocery stores in the black community, because of all this going on," he said.
